Ledgeview Commercial Partners LLC was founded in West Manchester at the end of 2014 and has become a respected property management resource for both homeowners and residents. We didn’t reach this position by just doing what every other property management company does. We have innovated and perfected the provision of services to both our property homeowners and our residents.
Ledgeview Commercial Partners excels in the Manchester real estate property management niche simply because we do it right. And, doing it right isn’t a simple thing, as there are a great many details and important tasks involved in managing rental properties. Many companies in this business niche look on the many tasks and responsibilities involved as a “job” they must do for their business income. Ledgeview Commercial Partners sees these many responsibilities very differently.
Our current management area includes the Manchester - Concord corridor. We are currently apprehensive to accept properties outside of this area as they may not receive the same quality of management services and resident relations.
Matthew Ping
Broker/Property Manager
Specializing in Residential Property Management, Matthew manages individual multifamily homes, Condo associations, and single family homes. Matthew has been a real estate agent since 2007 and graduated from Ball State University in Property Management and Business Management. As the Broker of Ledgeview Commercial Partners he currently manages over $20m in Multifamily Property for real estate investors.
Brittany Ping
Office Manager
Specializing in Leasing, Resident Relations, and Office Communications. Brittany has a B.S in Business Administration HR Management and Organizational communications. As the Office Manager, Brittany manages the day to day operations for Ledgeview Commercial Partners and is the go-to for prospective and current residents of our managed properties.
Marika Yakubovich
Sales Agent
I specialize in Residential Real Estate in the Merrimack Valley Region and Southern NH. My current real estate service area includes the Nashua – Keene corridor.
I work with both Buyers and Sellers.
As a Realtor, my first priority is to make my clients happy. I listen to my clients wants and needs to achieve the best outcome in every transaction.
I strive to ensure that the whole process is fun, easy and stress-free. My clients can count on me any time of the day whenever they get a question or concern.
