Pay Rent in Bitcoin or Cryptocurrency
You also have the option to pay your rent with bitcoin or one of 150 other cryptocurrencies. This is a trial run and a work around with a manual entry into your account ledger, thank you for your patience.
To utilize this, click the email us button below and we'll respond with an invoice link. Please include your apartment address and amount you'd like to pay. No refunds will be issued except through the security deposit disposition process at time of move out. A service fee between 1-4% will be added to cover exchange and network fees charged by the provider. For example, USDC is usually 1% while BTC tends to be 3%. Other lesser known or less popular coins and tokens may be as high as 4%. Fees may also vary daily amid network congestion.
